  • Yes indeed. Much as I loathe Reyes' cutesy-poo, creampuff, one-HALF-dimensional dancing, it's absurd to have cut both her variation and her coda steps (whatever they may be,.. ) I'm sure Sarabita's virility and dazzle can stand up to their inclusion......LOL

  • @MrNocco

    Isn't everyone?

  • a shadow of what he used to be :P

  • @moviefoyer78 but he is getting old no?

  • Wannabe-Basilios of the world - watch the sheer machismo and virtuosity of Sarabia and *WEEP*! The speed and control of those pirouettes - just amazing!!

  • if the dude could stfu with his humming and whistling maybe i could actually enjoy the pas more

  • Why is there some guy whistling and singing along with the orchestra? Is the whistler/singer the videographer?

  • Lovely dancing but the orchestra should be kept behind AFTER the performance so that they can practice. Just ghastly played. I don't know how Rolando and Xiomara could even follow this horrible playing. I too hope that Rolando joins the ABT. They need a new male dancer of this caliber.

  • How sad that Sarabita didn't join ABT just as soon as he left the Cuban Ballet. He has been missing a good really home company ever since, with a similar repertoire as the one he had and the necessity of a homogeneous daily class. With all his back and forth between companies and now hanging up on the air I'm surprised that he's still able to maintain such a quality level of performance...way superior as many stablished Principal Dancers in some of the most important companies worldwide.
