This is my art professor at my university. I am taking beginning ceramics and I had no clue that he was this popular. This makes me look at him in a different light. I'm now intimidated.

I chose Fong Choo for my artist to get "inspiration" from in my ceramics class sophomore year. We had to pick a modern artist to model after, and I made small teapots, but not on the wheel, because I sucked at the wheel and I'm still not that good.
I remember watching this video then.
That was two years ago, probably about the same time that it was posted.

You have talent as an instructor. You really should consider making some instructional DVD's. Get a Mac with imovie, and your all set. I would pay $20.00 or $30.00 for a DVD that cost you $1.00 and takes 20 or 30 minutes to burn, label, pack and ship!

Very nicely filmed, also. You zoom in when needed, but show the "whole picture".
I just went WOW!!! when he pulled and shaped that form! That was FAST!
