I think its a saker falcon.

Second if your so worried about the Houbaras why dont you do something about it?

They raise thousands of them and release them into the desert. Look it up.

Third I doubt they drugged that bird.

That bird is probably just a first year bird over shot its stoop and hit the ground.

you are right.... I think researcher whom study and protect this species shouldn't have any other interest!!!!! it is not ethical Arabs should take it into account if they would like gaining reputation
