@24678903 Thank You, I'm glad someone thinks I'm right
-
@TheDb351c absolutely right. He should have been all the way over to his left side on the approach and clearly he wasn't.
-
I think it would be in its place to use a trailer with turning wheels..
-
Driver awareness is a key factor in not F-ing up when you haul oversize loads. Get a few years under your belt and you will realize this wont be your last routing problem.
-
Question.... why did the driver not stop before the trailer was halfway in the ditch? He should have come to a stop long before the trailer left the roadway...
-
@godzillasdad The State permits where you go, you go where they say, believe me, it's not always well thought out.
-
@TheDb351c had he swung any wider, he would have driven over that guardrail
what was in the load?

@Bahzad23 The empty silo was the load. Can't transport a silo like this full of anything the weight would be outrageous.

Which dumb shit decided to go that way without a steerable trailor ??

@godzillasdad The (bogus) survey was performed by Eric's Flag Car out of MA. Obviously they didn't drive the route before submitting the survey.

Did the tow truck company bill that as one tow, or 20?

@edpotkay1 The driver was actually very lucky on this one. The good tow truck driver only charged him $350 for the whole thing. I've seen something similar cost as much as double that.
