just absurdly stupidl you should never fall below about 60 rpm. if you do, you have too high a resistance (or on a real bike, you need a lower gear or you should get off and walk)

The person is acting like he was on his cell phone but recording the spin class instead...lol everyone thought he was on his cell and no one knew he was recording them! F.B.I. maybe...?
-
Yes, please get re-certified. Resistance/gear is too heavy and too slow. A real Spinning Strength class/profile would keep within the 60-80 rpm's set up by Spinning.

they are doing it wrong

Where did he get his certification? I hope the participants have a good physiotherapist!!!

Under 40 RPM.... Knee surgery time. Time to get recertified instructor!

Its a shame that the one or two other guys that are chatting loudly throughout the session, spoil it by their selfish behaviour. Anyway, this is the 2nd vid of this class i have seen, and its good! I can feel the pain in that ladies legs, lol!

Hello .. Do worry too much about the number... use the resistance dial more in a "persive effort".. the idea is not to be "to easy or to hard" try to keep force enough to be pedaling between 70-90 rpms... and you should be able to breath but not hold a conversation while doing it.... thats your meassurement.... Good luck....
