Well, most elite gymnasts would not do that to thier coach. Besides, most coaches in gymnastics yell. However, my coach only did it because she wanted me to try harder or didn't want my rountines to look like crap. Its usually not to be mean, but some can cross the line with thier criticism.

the woman telling everytone off is irina viner. shes the head coach of the russian squad. unfortunately despite her bad attitude she is THE best and you are no one in gymnastics unless you have trained with her. even though she is nasty, her gymnasts always get to number one

Which is extremely unfortunate. Most of Viner's gymnasts are not clean (messy apparatus technique and what not). But I do enjoy other Russian gymnasts such as Tchachina and Shpekht (who had the same coach I believe). They are much more clean and their routines are very interesting to watch.
