@MyGamertagSIeepy702 $100 budget???? real mountain bikes start at $1500. For $100 just go to walmart and pick which ever one has either dual suspension and/or disk brakes if they have them for that cheap. For 250lbs, buy a wide seat.

@tundrasheep Omfg, the comment is so old! Most mountain bikers use disc brakes because they perform better, and look better. Generally v brakes work, but really, he didnt even mention disc brakes.

@Leok450 maybe V-brakes are lighter than disc brakes ? and perhaps easier to maintain.
