@allanmhanson lol talking fast is very easy; singing fast (especially while being as active as they are) is very difficult & requires incredible breathe control. Kelly does not have anywhere near Beyonce's breathe control (no shade to Kelly; beyonce just excels in that category)

@Xhaterlover speed don't make a song difficul, it's very easy, just sing fast duh.
motivation is more difficult to me. it's like a rollercoaster, and slow songs a more dificul couse u gotta hold notes, sing short notes is easier.

@obamatherealdeal08 I agree that motivation is a relatively difficult song to sing, & Kelly's voice is soprano where Beyonce's is more mezzo soprano, but both Beyonce and Kelly have been training in breathe control since they were about 9. Kelly had over 7 years to improve her breathe control & she still isn't even within Beyonce's range in that category. Beyonce has a skill for entertaining that is above there's and I don't think it can all be attributed to her greater experience.

@Xhaterlover Motivation is a hard song to sing as well.... anybody can't sing that song! For example Beyonce wouldn't sound good singing Motivation bcuz her voice is more like an Alto. Kelly's voice is more Soprano. I agree that Beyonce by far has the best breath control but she's had yrs of practicing singing lead b4 she became solo. She was able to build up her confidence, stage presence and vocals to that condition. Kelly didn't her n Michelle always lipsynced background vocals.

Love their vocals on this song especially Kelly @ 2:30 and then Beyonce echoed her run. hot!! And you can hear all of them the whole performance if you listen closely.
