What a wonderful video! I'm going to try squeezing the cattail into the bag and making pancakes with it. I'm also impressed with how easily you pulled up the root! I haven't tried pulling up the roots because I thought I had to use a shovel...that would have been very hard. I also didn't know about boiling them up like that. Thanks!
