As long as people continue to think that some ancient civilization(s) had the technology to do things that we can't, well, we can't even answer How,what,where, why or how about most of these structures. Other than that they are there, very little else is known. All kind of different stories,depending on who you ask. Unfortunately, it's about as close as you come to any real evidence. Then we have our "ever so trusted" scientist.Like so many others, they too seem confused or better yet BIAS.

@stainlesssteelprat on advanced society. National Geography in over 20 years has identified 6 megalithic cultures around the world. On this hemisphere, The Chipaya people who still live 4 hrs from this site, interestingly enough, they speak Aymara and Pukina. The people near or around Tiwanaku spoke and still speak Aymara. See what u can make of this, watch the clip Misteries of Lake Titicaca, almost at the end a rare stone with metal inside is shown, it sounds like a bell

@HelmetVanga This kind of thing has gone on all over the globe.I am leaning more towards an Older more advanced society that created all of these odd artifacts than ETs.Either way,I think us average Folk are kept well out of the Loop.Shame really,I really want to know!!

@topgunexcel whoever built this, they were enfatuated with water and cougars. The lake nearby was not there. That pit or depth was made by meteorite or small moon, the aliens traced its trajectory and landed there and built a village b4 water covered it up. So they move to Puma Punku and built this citadel of stone in the image of their city back home in their far away planet. They wanted the floor of puma punku made of large slabs.

@stainlesssteelprat This is the work of outerspace beings. The evidence is all over, for example the Ponce monolith that is standing in the Kalasasaya temple is 7 feet tall, it has humanoid head, fish dermis (skin) and cougar feet. The aymara people who lived and still live nearby always maintained that this site was built by giants. The monolith Kuntur is 7 feet, it has condor hear, humanoid body & cougar feet.

@topgunexcel the conundrums are just to get you interested in some specific excavation area's. If you wanna know more (scientific as well as pseudo scientific) Just search youtube or google and you'll find what your looking for.
