Early Earthquake Warning?

Hours or days of warning. At best, it means time for an orderly evacuation of entire cities before a major earthquake. At worst, it means enough time to stage emergency workers and repair crews before the temblor hits. Researchers may have figured out how to tell when a major earthquake is about to occur. But what will it take to turn this idea into a widespread warning system?

Governement won't do it. HAARP uses EM fields to manipulate earth and sky, that's why magnetometers can pick up these fields, HAARP is directing them to places to cause earthquakes. Google HAARP if you don't believe me.

hey look at the bright side, at least the earthquakes make those beautiful mountains, not to mention it does RELIEVE pressure from the other faults
