I have been implementing the Incline Guillotine Press for about a month now. I discovered this on a day I was fortunate enough to chat with professional bodybuilder Phil Heath. I simply asked him what his advice would be on filling out that stubborn upper chest area and this exercise was exactly what he knew would get the job done. :)

  • @MrBumboclart This one is kinda a higher rep exercise 10-12 reps work great. DO NOT GO TO HEAVY ON THIS ONE! It can do some damage
