  • I got a question Chrissy. Why wouldn't chin-ups be a better exercise?

  • @IronMikeHouston Chin ups are for the lats. This exercise targets the upper insertion of the pecs

  • how often do you train forearms?

  • @CestMoi1982 I don't train my forearms in isolation, but I do lots of exercises (ie deadlifts) that require the use of forearms
