Because of my reading her books "The Hiding Place" and "Tramp for the Lord," I became a Christian in 1985.

Hmmm, quite a bit of controvesy over this video that I posted. The fact remains: In all of history there has been only one "sin bearer". I think of this every time I see videos of people crawling on bloodied knees to some shrine of the Virgin De Guadelupe, or people in the Phillipines nailing themselves to crosses. The office of Lamb belongs to one and one only, my redeemer lives folks!

It is very important (more than ever now) that our history of what happened in WWII and to the Jews is kept correct and true. So many are wanting to turn away or even deny what truly happened. It is fitting that we continue to remember and do all that we can to never go back to that prejudice of humankind ever again. Blessing to you Corrie ten Boom for speaking out and providing an accurate accounting with forgiveness and love.

@odioglobocnik I am so sorry you experienced that! I am afraid that people call themselves "Christians" but don't exemplify the same love that Jesus did. He came for ALL! He ministered to lepers, prostitutes, etc... Rahab is a woman who was a prostitute but came to accept God. Another cool thing? She is in Jesus's lineage. NONE of us are perfect but God's grace is sufficient! Don't give up based on that experience! John 17 in the Bible is worth checking out. Praying for you!

i was brought up an atheist since i come form former socialist country anyway i was troubled once and went to church soo some old woman asked me unpolitely what im doing there if i came to pray and i said no cus i dont know how to and she said only little children are taught how to pray :) thats the sort of kindnes you can get from the chatolical church :D
