Had problems with this guy the weekend just gone! Had exactly the same problem as you guys and he ended up ejecting two of us from the hotel. We have filed a complaint to the holiday inn and it looks like we will be getting some free stays out of it! :P
Completely no need for his 'zero tollerence' attitude towards us as paying guests who where not causing him any trouble.
