Maybe this doesn't apply to you, but I'm really getting tired of people from the south coming north and putting all this romanticism on the kitikmeot. It's a shit hole. A frozen africa. The culture consists of welfare, gambling,cigarettes, alcoholism, domestic abuse, suicide, trapped and depressed young people, confused Christian faith, and is, by definition, a ghetto. A government subsidized shit hole where no one chooses to live.
