  • @retro1939 ...Great video.I love this tune and used this footage to learn the rhythm guitar aka Paul on the Rickenbacker.Got me three versions on my BC Rich Bich and my SG doubleneck.Liked it so much I burned me a video disc...I'm having fun singing and playing it.Still lovin the Starship.Great show in White River Jct. VT.Please come back here soon!

  • This is Diana; why is Cathy listed in the credits?

To those who are complaining that this isn't Grace: DUH! First of all, it's still Jefferson Starship. They got by without Grace for a long time. Secondly, Diana Mangano is vocally a dead ringer for Grace Slick. And she's a fantastic singer in her own right. Now, I will say, this is not a great recording and not a great performance. I've seen this lineup perform this song spectacularly.

  • Kantner is the man, Diana is pretty cool.

  • this is not Grace .. why bother playing this so lamely.. let us remember the real deal..

  • What's up w/ the lame drummer? Jefferson Starship had Prairie Prince playing w/ them for a while, who's fucking incredible...this guy's supposed to be playing a solid beats during the verses, but he's just hitting his hi hat. The only original guy seems to be Kantner, and that chick sings her tits off, like she's trying to top Grace, or something...she's great, and let's face it, this song NEEDS a great singer to pull it off...too bad the drummer ain't too great, though....he's just not into it.

  • Oh yeah, Im not going to compare to original, but one thing is certain it all adds up and you sound great as a band.

  • Grace slick, I think not, not too shabby, but not I repeat, NOT THE ORIGINALS....but all that said. A great tune played very well by some talented people whoever they are. and I must say. Great tunes deserve to be kept alive NO MATTER WHO PLAYS EM...... after all the modern musicians cannot play DICK.....old hippies knew how to play their instruments. These young fakers cannot play thier way outta an outhouse. poor lil pointed head puppies!

  • The Best

  • I love JS ! I love DM !

  • Certainly not Grace Slick... And the Starship ? I doubt it.
