It's been so long since I commented on this, I dont know or care what you are talking about so have a nice life and dont be pissed at me cause you have to wait 2 years for whatever it is. This is America. No excuses, end of subject. We are learning Spanish in this country because it is a marketable skill, not so that immigrants dont have to learn English. Learn English and we'll learn your languages when we move to your countries (like that's going to happen, but....)

We complain about government spending so why should it be assumed that the government should taxpayers have to pay for a massive rollout of English Education?
