Swimming in Zurich - July 18

One of the best and totally free outdoor activities in Zurich is swimming at Obere Letten. You only have to bring a padlock for your locker.

You can swimm up the river if you manage to swimm against the current, or you can swimm down at high speed, or you can just take a free ride and let yourself float.

Here I have been almost floating down the river as I could use only one arm for swimming, but I am showing the swimming part at double speed.

It sounds incredible and you won't believe it anyway, but when I was swimming there I was almost sure that I have already seen very famous people swimming next to me like Brad Pitt, Tina Turner, Angelina Jolie, George Bush, Michael Jackson, Gilberto Gil, Angelo Pereira, Christoph Blocher, Lara Croft, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Bill Gates, Duo Fishback, etc.

Excellent! Loved the idea of it, and that it actually worked out quite well. Even the 'The End' sign at the end! Was the camera strapped to your head, and did you put it in a plastic bag, or just swim very carefully?

I was swimming very carefully with only one arm because I needed the other to hold the camera. No plastic bag, it did not get wet. I have made an other clip in the same style swimming in lake Greifensee but I still have to upload it. Thanks for asking.
