This is a fake video, they show a cop car behind a car. Then they switch to a different view and show two Cops near their car. The voices have been dubbed and the Cops did not stop them they were double parked and the cops were asking why they were doubled parked. "I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS STANDING ON THE SIDEWALK BY THE CAR". You can see the Cops smiling and chatting with the guys in the car. The driver was arrested after the clip ends because he had a warrant for drug possession. LOL Bummer Bro!
