@acrttdriver I had my first about a decade back while on business in the mid-west. I couldn't find them anywhere here where I am. I made a few calls and tried a few recommended recipes and finally found the right sandwich. We have been enjoying them ever since. Great sandwich! KtC

Back when I lived out in Illinois farm country everyone ate pork tenderloin sandwhiches........I still love em'....................Way to go KtC!.....my mouth waters once more!!.....LOL......Cheers....

@123fallout123 The sandwich is meant to have the pork. A tenderloin of pork is not too expensive and works well with the recipe. You could use beef but it would be a waste of a great cut of meat and very expensive. See my 'Chicken Fried Steak' epsiode and try that on a bun. That would be tasty. cheers! KtC

@tdjtx Any type goes however, I most likely used dijon mustard on this one as it is my usual choice. KtC
