www.freescale.com - This video shows the MRFE6VP61K25H under a bad load condition and still functioning. The short circuit condition shows a non-ruggedized device failing while the MRFE6VP61K25H keeps performing

  • Impressive. It IS a $300, 1200W FET but it looks very impressive. How doess the 6VP6300 compare? I've been blowing MRF151's in an EMC test setup, this series looks pretty good.

  • 900Watts peak. 100uS pulse 250uS Period. 100MHz carrier frequency. Vdd= 50V, Idq=150mA...... Into an open circuit.

  • that really burns sir,, what are the parameters in that test mode@_@ really that "rugged" really is!! that is so impressive, what is the other brand that fails in a blink? hehehehe....
