Guitar that I built for less than £100 and in less than a month for the musicradar.com challenge. I built it in my shed and my kitchen in February '09. I wanted to try making something different to what I'd tried before so settled on the ESP Viper shape as I like the offset horns and the body carves. The body is made from a slab of solid cherry that I found in a timber reclamation yard in January and the neck and chrome hardware come from a budget First Act Lola. I fitted active EMG 81 and 85 humbuckers to give it the sound to match the look, and finished it all with ebony stain and Danish Oil.
Apologies for the playing! I should stick to building hehe!
