US Supreme Court promotes wrongful imprisonment and age discrimination

(WSWS) -- Last Thursday, the Supreme Court issued two highly reactionary rulings, holding in one case that convicted prisoners have no constitutional right to test DNA evidence that could establish their innocence, and in another making it more difficult for workers to press claims of age discrimination.

As matters stand today, a judge is either someone so stupid s/he thinks that s/he can rehabilitate the very people that the state that pays his/her salary systematically destroys or, much more likely, so cynical and jaded that s/he knows it's impossible, couldn't care less and uses the hapless people who stand before the bench to feather his/her own nest.

The reason why the Israeli government and Supreme Court are so hot to destroy Judaism is because they know that our system of Law is just. They are the worst enemy of Jewish Law and won't allow it to be used as the basis of the decisions in the Supreme Court. The Israeli Supreme Court building is one huge Masonic temple. Look at it.

Instead they keep an army of pseudo-Rabbinical judges who make a travesty of everything so that people think that is what Jewish Law is.

It's not.

These Judges are not wise , they will not get away with crimes against the families globally we will talk about the miscarriages of justice. Lady Justice says it well .Just not US .

There is no democracy there is only corruption.

Democracy can only be direct democracy. A republic comes from the Roman res publica, which never was a democracy. Slavery always existed in the res publica.

Lady Justice is right. Any judge who does not accept responsibility for his or her decisions is not a Justice.

Judges should have to pay personally for their wrong decisions. If it is economic, they should pay plus damages. If they punished someone unjustly, they should receive the punishment. No exceptions.

In Celtic Justice system -Breitheamh was not feared as he/she was on the side of justice not JUST US.

It was all based on honour, so we had NO PRISONS, very little crime.

And when a judge made a mistake he/she had to pay the price.

I knew a man who told me that back in Hungary his Father used to teach 5-year-olds in school.

He was actually a Rabbinical Judge, but there were so few cases, that he spent most of his time teaching little ones.
