  • my big problem with the mother's story is that the boy's body was found in the trunk of her car. If it was a bunch of kids who accidentally killed her son then how could they have possibly gotten the body into the trunk of her car?

  • This case is a disaster: there's no concrete proof of anything (except that the boy is dead), and NONE of the proposed theories make enough sense.

Having said that, UM clearly showed a bias here, adopting the mother's point of view from the outset. I'm disappointed.

  • what the hell why does the episode just end abruptly like that?

  • Not saying the prosecution proved their case, but the defense was equally inept. I'm not supposed to believe the mother was involved, but am supposed to buy that little kids bullied this child, made him eat dirt, killed him, kept him, and later placed his spotlessly clean body into the trunk of his mother's car? Talk about not making sense.

  • freaking Bs man, who would do something like this?

  • Okay after watching the segment again, I think there's a chance she may be innocent. She apparently left her car at the home while she went out with friends to look for him that night. So her car was at her house during the night while she was gone. So someone could have POSSIBLY broken into her trunk and put his body in there while she was gone. Keyword: possibly...

  • @norestrictions12

well, maybe the killer or killers just put him in the first car trunk they could find, alot of what ifs in this case, BUT the fact is, the prosecution had a bad case at best.

  • @LibertyInProgress Maybe so, but who would have been following her around that entire night, just to wait for an opportunity to sneak her son's body into the trunk of her car? She says she had been driving around that night looking for her son. So, someone tracked her movements that whole time? I don't think so...

  • What happened to the ending?

  • @norestrictions12 Do you think there's no way for somebody to break into a car and/or the trunk? How do you think cars get stolen?
