2007 New Year Celebration at "The Little Apple"

Manhattan, Kansas is known as "The Little Apple". For the past few years, the City has been celebrating New Year's Eve in a scaled-down version of New York City's Ball-drop event. Unfortunately, I did not capture video of the "little apple" dropping at the stroke of midnight. I did however, capture the scene minutes before the arrival of 2007 and the fireworks and street party that followed.
