I sounds great, but I bet the highway drone is intolerable!
(especially if it's an auto)

I did the same thing to my 95 vette. It drones a little but the sound is much better.

Nice vette. I am wondering (I have a C4 myself too), when you took out the muffler and replaced it with a straight pipe to your tips, was the car too loud in general? I'm worried that if I do such a thing with mine, it'll be past the threshold where cops will take action (where I live, there are no muffler requirements but cops can use the "noise ordinance/disturbance" card on you.

It's odd how little differences in exhaust piping can completely change how a car sounds... My lt1 has eliminators but it's 3" pipes with an X pipe... Sounds completely different than yours... Cameras change sound too of course.

mines a 91 with the TPI. hope it sounds as good as yours. $30 for straight pipe and that sounds 20 times better than a $800 Corsa exhaust.

Sounds Great! You should make another video that has the car driving by, the camera in the car while driving, etc...
Any resonance or drone?
Not at all, it sound quieter when the pipes get hot.
