#2 you seriously think there is some kind of limited amount of armor, and anyone else who has some is effectively taking it from a serviceman?
This is the US where we can own what we choose
I certainly hope there is never a NEED for us to use / wear our armor.. but I feel the same way about insurance and spare tires
