Very, very & very great yoga video! With many thanks (ขอบคุณครับ - Thank you words in Thai).

The ding music followed by your appearance is exactly similar to gods/goddesses manifesting in front of their devotees as depicted in several mythological movies. The Sanskrit word for it is Pratyaksha(m). Not sure if it is coincidental or you devised it that way. I like it.

;-) Great for the opening of the hips/pelvis. We used to do a variation of this in modern dance class.

Now I've heard that in a horse stance you should keep your feet parallel, your pelvis tucked under your chin and knees apart. Bio-mechanically speaking what is correct?

Hi Esther, I love this one! How long should this be done for in one sitting? Thanks :)

@emmalouisewagstaff As long so you feel you are challenging yourself, than stop! A bit longer next time. Don't overdo it but look for your edge, different for everybody.
