http://MuscleCarFilms.com/ My tribute to the Pontiac assembly line workers. Photos obtained from many different sources, including my own source books, GM Media Archives, High Performance Pontiac, and a wonderful site called "80transampacecar
My mom had a Sunbird in the 80's. My dad was nice enough to drive it into a resevior for her, but then he got stuck driving it. It was in the winter and my dad had to use an icescraper on the inside and outside everyday. It kept running for a year or so afterwards. My aunt loves her Grand Am GT. I don't think she'll ever get rid of it. My stepmom has a early 90's Bonneville that now rotting away in the backyard (next to my 73 AMX) due to too many things wrong with it.
I can't thank you enough for placing this video here.I hired in at Pontiac Motor Div.Nov.28th 1964-my Dad-Grandfather both also retired from Pontiac Motors. It broke my heart the day the factory in Pontiac MI. was closed for good even though Pontiac's were made else where. There was not a plant that I didn't work in over my years at Pontiac. But to hear the death drum beat to end the life of the brand Pontiac made my heart skip a few beats".If not for Obama GM would be gone "period".Cheers to all
I refuse to buy anything made by Chevy that came from Pontiac. Thats just an embarrassment to GM and Pontiacs Owners. I own a 2000 and a 2002 Grand Prix and I refuse to let them die. Even though one has had a motor changed 3 times (Because I drive it everywhere; total of 374k mi on it family trips and so on) If they do comeback they need to bring the older models back. Not the new shit like G5

I'm determined to keep my Pontiacs for a long time. I will continue to keep their memory alive.
