@telemach11 The Truth: Fed Land voted their proxies and got in their 4 directors. They control the Board as of now. But they are NOT unitowners and no unitowner would vote for them. It is pathetic that in a democratic country the unitowners have no say in how the site is "developed". There is no one who believes those 4 when they say they are acting in the interests of unitowners. They are backing the Fed plan to destroy our environment. Any fool can see that.

@telemach11 I was at the AGM and can state that Alex banares was the choice of unitowners to represent us at the elections  COMELEC. This is because of his honesty, his intelligence and his desire for justice in this matter. I have observed Alex for a very long time and have never seen him be violent. Why you are peddling this filth I cannot know, but it suggests you are a verbal thug, probably in the pay of Federal Land. The unitowners were outvoted because Fed has proxies we cannot match.

Another DEmonic act petpertrated by the evil alexbanares: Upon hearing the decision of the HLURB denying the untrue and unfounded compalint against Federal Land Inc.; alexbanares hit a lady broker with his car in the parking ramp of Lotus tower. It was fortunate that the said lady-broker was able to evade the premitidated evil intention that she only suffered minor injuries. This only shows how evil this person is. When their compalints was trashed by the honorable court , he resorted to crime.

HLURB update: Complaint against Federal Land Denied!- HLURB found the complaint invalid and all allegations untrue!

So, LOSERS like alexbanares who has the the baddest criminal mind has been ordered to cease and desist from making any unfounded claims against Federal Land whom all unit owners have loved so much. yes, i feel sad also, i think Federal land had elect 6 of their people out of 7 directors into the homeowner association. So they think that they can do what they can to change or to amend the regulations. this happen is because many unit owners are investor or living abroad or out of town. For me, i hope more unit owners and investors can see this website, try to investigate or hear more before make their decision, BEWARE!
