FUCK you. instead of speculating about "trends", go out and ask people like me what the hell is wrong with us. I cut, i have for almost 5 years now. my body is completely marred. when i hide, it's so i'm not persecuted and ostracized and condemned as a mentally ill person; i see the looks i get when i wear shorts and tank tops. but my pain isn't a secret. it's on my body so you can FUCKING SEE IT. each one of my scars has a story. they're what keep me from killing myself.
