Really doesnt even sound that bad... I mean your talking about a whole month and a whole year. You know how many calories you burn in that time from just basic activities? I mean really you could burn the calories off from one can of coke in about 5 minutes of simply exercise.

@darekdd - It's funny, I think everything besides water is disgusting (or at least most things, especially soda). I used to hate drinking water too, but I strongly encourage you to give it a try for only 1 week. In other words, drink nothing but water for one week as your source of hydration, as mother nature intended.
