Hard to put it in words.. But I'll try. Dont know why, but I've always found trance less inteligent than dubstep.... Or drum and bass.. Its like they are on a higher level or so.. Arent they?

dubstep is easily one of the most complex genres of music, some tracks have upwards of 30 channels which is massively complicated, you have to be highly intelligent for so much complexity to be arranged in a clean production

i think dubstep is better in my opinion since its more energetic, and alot of it is actually quite beautiful , like anything made by adventure club , especially crave. although trance sort of is an older brother to dubstep it just dosn't keep me awake =P.

@tittytamer I was trying to say that trance is kinda like an amazing painting something Leonardo da Vinci, just a pure masterpiece. While dubstep is kinda just like a retarded child scribbling on a page with crayons.
