I haven't seen the movie yet, but some of the stuff "fans" were complaining about was just PATHETIC!
-Klingon was subtitled (big friggin deal, you have to have no life to speak it well enough to understand it in the theater)

-If I wanted to see young attractive people doing cool exciting things I'd go watch sports (what a dumbass, the people in sports are older than the actors in this movie. Oh and are you saying the series' WEREN'T cool and exciting?)

I actually agree about the Kirk/Picard thing.

It's just that the set design is what turned me off to TOS.

Once they had the LCARS computers and everything, I liked Star Trek.

New movie sucked as a STAR TREK movie. Suspend the history, and it is a movie worth watching...So now Spock and Uhura get it on? What a bullshit movie.
