@hcnuup what do you mean baked trees friend?

En tykkää Zimmernistä juontajana, mutta sillä on hyvä asenne, se syö mitä vain ja jakso tuntuu antavan aika hyvän kuvan Suomesta. Bourdainin versiota odotellessa.

Suomalaiset on ilmeisesti vampyreita

Funny that they show windpowerplants all the time. There's barely any in Finland

@hcnuup arvaas mitä. kaikki paikalliset ruat alkoi siitä että ei ollut muuta. sen takia ruan teko on erillaista eri paikoissa.

@hcnuup pretty much. still, i think we have stuff that other world might wanna share, like karelian roast.

i like this guy much better than gordon ramsay who basically hates everything we eat here :)
Traditional Finnish culinary arts is a silly concept. We have no such thing. Finland was backwards farmland a hundred years ago, so it was never about art. We ate what we got. We got bears, moose, reindeer, berries and potatoes, you know, hunter gatherer shit, and we just ate everything we got out of them for it's efficiency, not taste. For fucks sake, we used to bake trees into our bread when there was nothing else to eat, even if in the long run it killed us. If blood was edible, we ate it.
