@Draykid true. low reps are for strength. not hypertrophy and size. low rep training is ideal if you want to gain the most strength without gaining weight. very useful for sports which require very high strength to weight ratios. if you want size go for high reps and eat like an animal.

amazing! i just started to work on one arm pullups they are really hard i´ve seen 3 videos of you doing it with the right arm can you do it both sides?

Uhhhh, Kevin Tolbert would disagree. Tom Plats, squatted over 500 for 23 reps, would also disagree. Peary Rader, who gained over a hundred pounds of muscle from doing high rep work, would further disagree. So would Brooks Kubik.
And according to modern bodybuilding, low reps will NOT increase size. This is further supported by the fact that a competitive weightlifter often stays in the same weight class through his entire career.
