Poor, poor Methos. How can Duncan not see the hurt on his face when he told him who he used to be? Come on, for Methos that's practically sobbing. I love that confession clip. This was definitely one of the saving graces of the TV show.

He would probably be pretty oblivious of his distant past and his memories would be extremely foggy and abstractive. He would probably forsake his deep past experience in order to adapt to the new conditions. Off course these are just arbitrary assumption for the highly hypothetical scenario of a thousands-of-years-old human, lol.

The man's actually been living eternity even before history was born.. How can someone go on living like that and maintain sanity?

I was 9 years old when I watched the Four Horsemen episode back in the 90s.. I failed to recall that all that was during the Bronze Age.. I just assumed it was during the time of Kublai Khan and his Mongols..

Apparently, I was off by about several thousand years..
