Been self studying hypnosis/self hypnosis as well as meditation, law of attraction and all around positive lifestyle progression. In the past I used a self hypnosis program to induce states of confidence and other positive emotions. This quick little session felt incredible for me. I was able to remember a time when I was very confident and when Steve made me do the okay and say power I felt an intense surge of energy and when I woke up I felt incredible. Keep em comin Steve!
