@m13hty Its because exhaust tube is too thin. The pipe has to be atleast 3mm wall thickness for this type of bender, because the material has to "stretch" as it bends. If the pipe is too thin it can't stretch so it just kinks. Exhaust are usually bent in a mandrel bender.

@m13hty This is just a cheap chinese bender and the dies are all wrong. the only way is to fill the pipe full of sand. Just face it some tools ain't worth buying! :I
