She is a great dancer! I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned but the teenager next to her has her seat belt around her abdomen and shoulder = sudden death or life altering injury in a minor crash. And, yes, your grandbaby should have the harness straps at the next slot, and chest clip at her chest. Just a friendly mom to mom and mom to grandmother comment.

The little girl is adorable. You need to make sure her chest clip is at her armpits level. it's much too low to do the job correctly. Also, the person sittin in the middle seat had the shoulder belt under their arm. This is super dangerous in an accident. It needs to be on the shoulder to do it's job correctly.

your grandbaby's strap are also way to lose in this video to be safe, she should not be able to pull her body that far forward in her seat, she could get severe whip lash in an accident. Also yes, the shoulder clip as mentioned, should be at armpit level.
