Yes, I remember the "whole riot thing" as you call it.
What I want to know is why the 53 White victims that were killed is never brought
up by anyone? These people had absolutely nothing to do with the "Rodney King" nonsense!
Yet, they were brutally murdered by blacks just because they were White and the opportunity arose to do harm to Whites that blacks so look forward to. Hell, they even beat a nine month old baby to death! And nothing about it in the media? Hmmmmm.....

so just...all blacks don't understand this? Okay. Because if I go just by the responses to this video, it's apparent that whites generally don't understand how to make a decent legal parallel. That's wrong, and so is your presumption. Just because you probably live in or frequent very poor hickville parts of Charlotte where it's probably largely black and poor doesn't make you a quaified social scientist as to these matters.

and only EIGHT whites. Hmmm...

So six blacks assaulting a white man is ok, but if it were the other way around we would never hear the end of it. They are criminals and they deserve to be punished at the full extent of the law. I will quote the poster of this video. "HATRED is human nature; racism is learned. " What YOU are saying is RACISM. The young white man was targeted because of his race; That is RACISM, in every sense of the word. To free the Jena Six is to free CRIMINALS.

So what you're saying is...you haven't a clue what happened. it was a fight, dude. An alleged fight. Six kids jumped on a seventh. Happens probably a thousand times a day in this country. Why were these six charged with "attempted murder"? That was the charge, they were arrested, detained, and I made this video because in such a miscarriage of justice, they needed to be freed. Charge them with "aggravated assault", not "attempted murder". Pay attention.

Dude i live in Louisiana i know exactly what happened. The kid was leaving the lunch room where he was jumped by 6 kids in a racially motivated attack. Now why dont you think for a second. If six white kids jumped a black kid because he was black do you think he would ever hear the end of it? No, and surely thousands of people wouldnt march to free the six white kids. You are right it happens every day and white people go to jail for committing "hate crimes"

And that's still not the point. That COULD likely be a hate crime if there is some evidence of racial motivation. I'll go all in on THAT. But what it ISN'T is "attempted murder", which was what their charge was...THAT'S why we marched. THAT'S why this was posted: because they were charged with an unjustifiable crime. You may be from louisiana, but I happen to actually be AN ATTORNEY, and a damn good one. They can't justify "Attempted Murder". THAT'S the problem.

6 black people stomping a white kids head in while he is defenseless on the ground. Sounds racially motivated to me. Especially when you take into consideration the events that took place the week before, and the high level of racial tension that was already running rampant through the school. Thousands of white males are in prison at this moment for less than this, charged with hate crimes.

"sounds racially motivated" isn't going to reach to the level necessary to classify it a hate crime. I agree it seems clear, but evidentiary rules are strict.
As for thousands of whites in jail for this very same thing, there has to be more evidence than just "seems racist to me!" I was almost jumped by falcon fans in Atl, and they were all white. By your logic, and considering the local, had those guys not been wusses, they should be arrested for a hate crime had they followed through.
