2001 Lumbar Spine injury occurred on Spirit Rock Meditation Center property during a residential meditation retreat. The spine injury occurred during a sitting meditation at the end of the first week. Investigation is being performed to determine proximate cause of injury, better understand extremely unusual asymptomatic experiences, fraud and concealment.

See related videos: Torn Posterior Longitudinal Ligament? and 2001 Spine Injury: Tear in Annulus.

Related to the extremely unusual asymptomatic experiences is the nerve root and surrounding tissue signal intensity measured in Hz.

Note the white nerve roots and high signal intensity for the lumbar spine are NOT natural to my nervous system and support the investigation of fraud and concealment.
