Yeah that's a good idea, why not let corporations run the fire department and only put out fires of those who can afford to pay them, Let's have corporations run the military and arbitrarily start wars because it's good for the arms industry business which they own, let's have corporations decide what is safe to eat, what chemicals and drugs are safe to use, because they have our personal health interests at heart don't they? US doesnt beg China. China takes our debt because they need us to buy all the crap the produce. If US goes down then China goes down. Then the shit hits the fan. But your point about samller countries doing more per capita is possible but Im not sure it's true.
