  • anyway most guys wanna look good not just be skinny uh my advice is find a quiet spot where you can get a tan, lyin out, put on some music also uh when you do stuff like elipticals and walkin your upper body gets real skinny, that's because the body removes excess weight that gets in the way of the motion, that includes both muscle and fat in upper body, uh if you wanna be bit more strong i suggest goin gym but if you like natural things more you can also do intensity swimming, it's more natural

  • a great way to lose a little weight is to realize how the food one eats affects one, i have eaten lots of candy but then i started realizing because i analyzed what happened by checkin in the mirror every mornin after candy i'd have like a sort of chubby bulge on my gut, lol haha uh when i don't eat so much there are fewer such days, anyway an alternative to exercise is consciously cut down on stuff know makes you look bad next day, uh basically things with too much carbs (sugar, starch) & fats

  • anyway the kind of exercise doesn't matter so much as the intensity, uh if you want to lose weight my experience is intensity is the way to go, but it took me a while to get the determination to exercise at that level i have been runnin on off since middle of primary school doin weight trainin at times, uh anyway my experience is that it is difficult to lose weight with anything other than intense work-outs but actually walkin has been good as well

  • i don't know what you are aiming for precisely, but if you don't mind gettin skinny here's what i do to lose weight and lose it fast, i have pulse watch, i get on the exercise bike and 170-180 bpm for 20-25, i lose 1-2 pounds per session if i eat reasonably

  • i know im 10 months late, but anyway. If ur thinking cardio i would suggest either join a sports club (i play ice hockey twice a week and i wont quit because im part of a team, ur not alone, and its fun). Also remember with cardio the afterburn effect. Basically if you lose 20grams of fat on the running machine today and then u go to bed, when u wake up u could of lost near 50grams of fat due to this effect. It was on a british show i watched last night (Cant remember the name).

  • guess fatbastard is now like 400 pounds and Bangstun is reportly porking up massively the last few weeks, you have been no where, well let me guess eating eat cream and wearing sweatpants, its ok, fat boiz are cute, if you were 205 in july, hope your 250 now

  • my friend and his wife(wife competes) says cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and cardio after your workout. circuit training is just doing alot of cardio with weights. I like just lifting hard and going for the pump. reps between 10 to 12 and then after my training go hit cardio. I just started back up on cardio myself.....video for you to follow

  • 1200 a day ??! whoa dude, you should be MINIMUM 1700 a day if you plan on working out 5x's a week
