Unbelievable people are still in denial at this point! These were exactly the baby steps that were taken in Germany 1930's.....folks thought Hitler was on their side, looking out for their best interest and went WILLINGLY into their nightmare.

Dude, apparently you either don't or can't understand that the document you linked to is in reference to crimes and procedure for the prosecution of said crimes. S 1867 NDAA has absolutely nothing to do with prosecution of crimes. It allows for the indefinite detention of any person SUSPECTED of any belligerent act against the U.S.. You really shouldn't try to educate people when you have got a fucking clue as to what the fuck you are talking about.

Definitions. 2331 states the defines the terms of who is a terrorist and wht u hve to do to be considered enemy of state .. if u want to harm american citizens or act in a group tht harms or threatening u.s citzens well ur a terrorist
