This is a lesson with my Student Mike I have split it into four parts purely for the benefit of ease of downloading.
The opening part of the is dealing with understanding the legs and by that I mean stances. The 'secret' is in isolating the energies that you can create in each leg, using the basic stances as abstract and exaggerated positions to highlight the muscle groups involved and build AWARENESS of how to use and co-ordinate energies.
By focussing on the 'rear' leg stance in isolation and understanding a 'square on' position as two 'rear' leg stances waiting to be used, you can maintain a flexibility of movement until the last moment possible, avoiding early commitment and the front leg being vulnerable to attack.

  • @jimkungfu again explain yourself and show me your excellent understanding for comparison

  • @jimkungfu watched your three vids and find it strange where you are coming from as they show many flaws and if you have "Never have i seen so much rubbish in all my life!" I would love you to teach me exactly what I am doing wrong.

  • is that long haired lady drunk?
