tibetan and chinese hating one another and making mokery of themselve to others. who is benefiting from it, are we? no, its other countries around us, i don't want to name them. are we exile tibetan happy in india and nepal? no, we are treated like lower race but still we won't acknowledge for our pride and keep thanking them. i do know that some of the chinese are very racist and call us thiefs, barbarians and serfs. and also there are officials who are wicked and corrupted and hates us.

@OoBlessedSouloO I am tibetan and i totally agree with you. i really hate when a young minor child is send away from home to monestry. i think it should be banned and allow only to join after 18. i think education is very important and need to have knowledge of different culture and religion, it broadens ones view. i find our tibetan life revolves only around religion, we definately need to reduce this. culture should change with time and its good if we tibetan share n learn some from others.

Question: Do you miss Tibet?
His Holiness: Yes. Tibetan culture is not only ancient but relevant to today's world. After seeing the problems of violence, we realize that Tibetan culture is one of compassion and nonviolence. There is also the climate. In India during monsoon season, it is too wet. Then, I very much miss [Tibet].

@Cloclozanonyme Where do you get those wrong information? I am sure it's from westeren medias. The fact is that Tibetan culture in China has never been destroyed, instead, it has been highly repected and developed. Look at the video, which costumes she wears, it's tibetan's traditional costume, the tibetan singers are wery welcomed in China. We han Chinese love tibetan culture and every 56 ethnics in China. We respect each other, don't be fooled by western media.

Destroying 99% of Tibetan landmarks, killing 1 million people (=1 Tibetan on 3), not respecting customs and Tibetan habits, using torture, threaten foreign governments which receive HH Dalai-Lama, that is not oppressing Tibetan culture??? Let me also remind you that revolts have reached Tibet several times since the last 60 years.
BUT I agree that the behavior of the USA and Australia towards the natives is a disaster for them.ALL are going to disappear if nobody raise against that.

@myfreetibet is it easy for a foreigner like myself (american) to go to tibet & become a tibetan buddhist monk & live there in the monastery or temple ??
-
Chinese government never oppress Tibetan culture. in fact, the action of destroying minority culture will cause a revolt among all the chinese people.
ask yourself, when is the last time you heard of the promotion of natives culture by america and australian government? i think they are probably going extinct.

i have many of her songs on my channel playlist , if interested
Although i i am an exile Tibetan and COMPLETELY support HH Dalai Lama and Tibetan independence, i love my Tibetan people in Tibet and respect their needs. If that means they want to become big stars in China, want to sing Chinese songs or for some even consider themselves Chinese citizens, thats just fine, it is what they want. as long as they do not forget their Tibetan roots. Im really sick of all these fuckin political arguments on Tibetan song videos on YouTube!!

Strongly agree with your first a couple lines, but the latter, I beg to differ. I think Tibetan Should definitely get out, not to blend in, not to vanish, but to influence. To expand their knowledge and culture to other regions, not just in China, but in the world. This singer clearly got some Pop singing skills in her songs.... yet, this song still sounds authentic & refreshing. It's a new brand, new mix, new to the old culture. It should reach to more ppl & audience. So New here, reads Enrich.
