Bill is exactly right in this case. The fact is, if the mayor wasn't a racist and broke the law by not deporting the illegal alien, he would not have been there to commit the crime. Think about it: if the law was actually followed in the first place, none of this would have happened. Anyone who thinks that illegal aliens should not be deported because "they're just hard-working Mexicans supporting our economy" is flat our racist.
