Where do you think we are with this rap game today?

Kam "My best days are ahead of me."

Kam "Rap represent the cultural expression of the youth."

Kam "I was influenced by Rakim, Chuck D, Ice Cube, you know we had a lot of history, ups and downs, but Ice Cube is definitely one of my top influences, Biz Markey, just for the style and he didn't care about image, and the last one would be Melle Mel.

Rondo "When the flood gates open there will be two soldiers standing and you are looking at them Rondo and Brotha Kam."

  • right on rondoe! Much luv to u and Kam.

  • @Nenendude / Tell me they ain't sellin off my wife! Noooooooo

  • @ThisPageStaysREAL / Aiyo I feel you and P.S.> you got the dopest name yo.

  • I remember when Peace Treaty dropped, I still know all them tracks by heart. Kam was goin hard and then i guess fell victim to the Corporate wave of bullshit that hit the market at the same time. So many real artists got put on mute so the garbage could be turned up. That other Cam (from NY) became the Cam all these clowns thought of when they heard the name. Black people need to get some control of the music biz. Much easier said than done i know.

  • @Nenendude WORD...

  • @Nenendude I think you hit it on the nail......

for real.. we had to cater to people who might of liked us but definatly didnt respect us.....

  • @MrJames07111 excellent to hear ....

  • Who isn't allowing it? Put out your own stuff. It's time anyway--Kam's last album was in 2001 or so?

  • 1 thing positive about the simple commercialized music now is it seems to cater more to having fun as opposed to the era where gangsta rap was all u heard.however it is ignorant and dumbed down which tells u the mindstate of people who continually check for that and nothing else
